Kelvin and the Infamous Machine

Kelvin and the Infamous Machine is a comedy point-and-click adventure game created by Argentinian indie developer Blyts. Originally funded in 2014 via Kickstarter to the tune of $29,122, the game officially launched on Steam on 21st July 2016. Taking control of the titular Kelvin, players must stumble through time as they try to help Ludwig van Beethoven, Isaac Newton and Leonardo da Vinci complete their masterworks before the fabric of time unravels!

GAME REVIEW – Day of the Tentacle Remastered (PC)

Day of the Tentacle Remastered

Day of the Tentacle is a LucasArts point-and-click adventure game originally released in 1993. Day of the Tentacle Remastered sees original co-project lead Tim Schafer and his studio Double Fine Productions (Grim Fandango Remastered) taking the original and updating it over 20 years later to feature all new hand-drawn, high-resolution artwork, remastered audio, music and sound effects, and the ability to switch back and forth between classic and remastered modes. They’ve also included a concept art browser and a commentary track with the game’s original creators.

Deponia Doomsday is the fourth instalment in the Deponia trilogy developed by Daedalic Entertainment… wait a minute, come again?! That’s right! Following on from Deponia, Chaos on Deponia and Goodbye Deponia, Daedalic has surprised fans of the series around the world by releasing yet another point-and-click adventure game starring Marmite anti-hero Rufus. The ending of Goodbye Deponia (the final game of the original trilogy) seemed pretty definitive (and indeed, divisive) so… how is Goodbye Deponia even possible? Two words: time travel!
