Just to let everyone know I have just written a guest review for episode one of Defying Gravity for Alternative Magazine Online’s friends at scifilove.com here! I don’t want to spoil the review for anyone, but suffice to say I really let rip with this one! More info about the show below!
The show was first shown in the US last month, but will also be showing now over in the UK on BBC2. You can check out the first two episodes on the BBC iPlayer, with the third being broadcast next Thursday (29th October 2009.)
When released last month in the US, network ABC released the following press release:
The Antares crew, a team of eight astronauts, launches into space, embarking on a six-year journey to explore Venus and other planets in the solar system, find their lives and destinies intertwined and carefully directed, not only by Mission Control officials on Earth, but also by an unseen force which is much closer and far more powerful.
So what do you all think? Does Defying Gravity take off successfully, or fail to launch? I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
