Route Irish is a drama-thriller directed by Ken Loach, starring Mark Womack and stand-up comedian John Bishop. Set almost entirely in Liverpool, the film deals with the lives of private security contractors after they have returned home from the Iraq War. When Fergus (Womack) finds out his best friend Frankie (Bishop) has been killed, he sets out to disprove the official story and reveal the explosive truth.

Exactly five years ago today (26th May 2006) Danish video game developer IO Interactive released the fourth instalment of their critically acclaimed Hitman series, Hitman: Blood Money. With a fifth instalment (Hitman: Absolution) finally in the works, now seems the perfect time to take a look back at Blood Money with a special retrospective AMO review. Please note: although this review is written specifically for the PC version, the PlayStation 2, Xbox and Xbox 360 versions all feature exactly the same missions and content, with the only difference being their slightly downgraded visuals and gamepad controls.

In 2007 Gabe Newell, co-founder and managing director of Valve Software, described the PlayStation 3 as “a total disaster on so many levels”. Four years later, he seems to have changed his mind. Not only is Portal 2 an absolutely incredible game, the definitive console version is most definitely only available on PlayStation 3, featuring Steam integration and a free copy of the PC version! Chell and GLaDOS are back for yet another brain-teasing portal-based adventure, battling deep within the depths of the decaying Aperture Science facility. Plus, players can now team up with a friend via split-screen or online to take on an entirely separate two-player co-operative campaign!
