Cheers Marty. I havn’t been with the franchise from the word go, but I’ve caught up over the years. Out of them all, I really did think that The Package was most realistic with regards to what you can expect from a Halo game (which is where most of the story comes from). Personally I’d like to see a newer game featuring some Spartan NPC’s running a gauntlet inside a Covenant ship. Maybe with the new prequel Reach?

I approved the comment because I guess it was 7ruth’s opinion, although it still comes across as slightly unconstructive now I read it back properly. Apologies. Perhaps if he had actually explained why he thought ‘The Package’ wasn’t worth 9/10 his opinion would hold more water, but meh. People will always disagree I guess, especially with something as popular as Halo!

Cool review Stewie, I look forward to part 2. I love anime but I have to admit, something quite American like Halo being done as anime with Japanese cultural references seems a little weird! Especially if considered canon.

My experience with Halo is limited to the first two games of course, but ‘The Package’ does look the most faithful upon first glace, aesthetically at least. I may check these out myself now you have brought them to my attention!

You’re kidding me right?

You gave the terrible CGI, dialogue, and overall stereotypical plot a 9 outta 10?

Hell, I would’ve taken the anime to get it, I hated it, but I liked it much better than the X-Wings zipping through space.
